1. Work Ethics & Professionalism
We maintain a strong culture of discipline, creativity, and responsibility. All team members are expected to:
Meet deadlines and deliver agreed-upon results.
Maintain respectful communication with clients and colleagues.
Uphold confidentiality and protect client information.
2. Client Engagement & Communication
All client engagements begin with a clear brief, timeline, and quotation.
Projects commence upon approval and, where applicable, after a deposit is received.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback to facilitate smooth workflow.
3. Payments & Invoicing
A minimum 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon final delivery.
For large or long-term projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged.
All payments must be made via approved payment methods (mobile money, bank transfer, etc.).
4. Revisions & Approvals
Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions per project unless otherwise agreed upon.
Major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Final approvals must be confirmed in writing before production or publishing.
5. Project Timelines & Delivery
Project timelines are agreed upon before commencement and may vary based on project complexity.
Delays caused by the client (e.g. late feedback or missing content) may affect the delivery schedule.
6. Intellectual Property
All original concepts remain the property of Ardent Creative Hub until full payment is made.
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to their final designs or materials.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, brand materials, and data as confidential and will not share them with third parties without explicit consent.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the rare case of service dissatisfaction, we aim to resolve the issue professionally. Refunds may be considered based on the circumstances and percentage of work completed.
